Cammeray Waters Conference Centre and Resort began as a sketched out plan in a hot air balloon several hundred feet above the property.
The panoramic view gave a unique perspective on the 400 hectares of forest and farmland below. It was the kind of inspired initiative that continued to apply throughout the planning and development of the property into a world-class private bushland conference centre.
Cammeray Waters was purpose-built to service a growing market of medium to large companies requiring a highly professional, fully equipped out-of-town conference facility for groups of up to 90 people. The business grew quickly from the outset. Today, with 43 rooms, three corporate standard conference rooms, break-out rooms and many other features, it is highly sought after, and is home to some of Australia’s largest firms, many of which return 3-4 times a year.
Diston Wastewater Technology installed the original sewage treatment plant and made an upgrade in 2010 to meet the going business demands, EPA and Water Authority requirements
