Victoria Police provides policing services to the Victorian community 24 hours a day, seven days a week, working to keep over 5.4 million Victorians safe. Victoria Police is a large organization employing more than 15,500 people including police members, public servants, protective services officers, forensic scientists and other specialists. These people work from more than 500 locations across the state, ensuring that a safe and secure society underpins the economic, cultural and social wellbeing of Victoria.
