When installing a new waste water treatment system its is critical to the environment and to the client that:

  • The system complies to E.P.A publication 500.
  • The system has duty & standby pumps, and an adequate alarm system to alert you that something is wrong & sufficient emergency storage volume to allow for a maintenance response time.
  • The system is designed to treat not only the hydraulic loading but also the organic loading (BOD) in the waste stream.
  • The manufacturer is willing to stand by the product & has the capability to respond to emergency call out in the event of a power or equipment failure, ie; warranty and life time maintenance.
  • The system has proven ability to handle shock loadings of waste flow within short periods of time; ie restaurant wash up, caravan park showers and toilets, school recess time etc, conversely.
  • The system is able to keep the treatment bacterial biomass at a maximum during extended downtime; ie school holidays, rest stop areas etc.
