The Iconic Evelyn County Estate in Kangaroo Ground has taken on a whole new personality with the coming together of two Award winning chefs to create the new restaurant, BrownKorte’s at Evelyn County Estate.

Chefs GORDON BROWN and MARTIN DE KORTE decided to create a restaurant experience that would entice the locals and their families back to the estate, producing honest, affordable food that will create an unforgettable dining experience.

Diston Wastewater Technology installed, grease traps a sewage treatment plant and re-use system to cater for the restaurant and water the orchid.
